• Citizen charter is a list of facilities and services rendered by the institute with standards and time limit for providing such facility and services to general public. Initiative for displaying citizen charter is a response to the quest for solving the problems which a citizen encounters, day in and day out, while dealing with institute providing public services, which emphasized in good governance are transparency, accountability and responsiveness of the administration
